I support legalization of marijuana not only for it's medicinal purposes, but also for it's inherent abilities to produce fibers and oils, and proteins. All of this without genetic modifications. Maybe the Gods gave us more than just corn.

You know jim, thats very interesting, with the cartoon and all, I wonder if they would do it, but the problem is they think alot of people would just roll up the paper or whatever it is to be used for and just smoke it, so I don't think they will be legalizing it anytime soon, I mean look at the economy the way it is right now, we are in shambles and we have a mighty big hole to dig ourselves out of due to wallstreet and some other screw ups like the auto companies that want us to bail them out as well!

I have lots of health issues and weed really seems to help with them. I suffer from ulcerative colitis; weed helps me put on weight and helps with the pain. I tried taking doctor prescribed meds for colitis but it only seems to make me feel worse. The doctor tells me I am going to die within 10 years if I don't take meds so I am really worried about it. Hopefully I can find something natural to prevent me from needing to get my colon taken out to survive. I would rather die than have to walk around with a fucking colostomy bag.

There really isn't any science to back up peoples claims of weed being bad for you. I don't even believe its bad on the lungs because it has something in it which cleans your lungs out. Of course you can eat it and vaporize it too which eliminates any damage to your lungs.
