from yesterday i dont know what happen to my computer.all security services are disable and lots of spam are comping on my computer.my anti virus is showing Trojan.Conficker.c.gen virus but not able to delete.help me to delete this virus.

Just posted it today. There are virus programs that will remove a virus or Trojan, but these programs are often tied directly to your system files, and when you remove the file, you remove something else too. Here is the best anti virus program going, to my mind. http://www.free-av.com/
